Cornhusker State Games

A couple weekends ago we went up to Lincoln since Hudson was playing soccer in Cornhusker State Games. Let me tell you, it was HOT outside! I wasn't even playing & I was sweating! I couldn't imagine how those soccer boys felt!

 After all his games on Sunday, the team decided to drench the 

coach with the water they still had left in there water bottles.

TImberlake 2012 Part 1

In July, I went to a church camp called Timberlake with a friend of mine. We stayed in a part called Treetoppers. In Treetoppers there is no A.C.! It was a really hot week that got past 100 degrees almost everyday! The camp though, did a really good job about keeping us cool with games like water fights after supper. We both had a really fun week with each other and hope to go next year too! 

 Here is a picture with my friend and I in out cabin called Willow.

(each cabin in Treetoppers is named a different kind of tree.)

   

This is the inside gym we use when the weather isn't the best.

This is Main Street. This is where the nurse & Sarsaparilla Springs (the snack shop) are.

Last week while my dad and sister were at National Youth Conference,  Hudson & I just

 got to have fun! On Thursday we went to the Hastings waterpark & both 

brought friends! We all had a blast! It was a great,  hot day for it! 

There's a drop slide that we all went down
 plenty of times! 

                                                

The boys also found a climbing wall that they were on quite a bit! 

What's great is, if you fall, you know you'll land in the water!
